Add salt and turmeric. Close it with a lid. Keep the stove in low flame. Mix in between, add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder.
  4. Then add soaked rice, add water. Pressure Cook for 3 whistles.
  5. Once the pressure goes take it into a bowl and serve hot.
