  1. Boil bittergourd on medium flame for 15-20min.with adding 1/2tsp salt.than drain it and keep a side to little cool.than remoov seed from karela with the help of knife.
  2. Make a paste of mustard seeds, seed of karela,garlic.than heat 1-2tbsp of oil into pan add cumin seeds and bay leaf. when it cracks onion,green chilli and tomato and fry for 1 min.
  3. Than add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry till it's soft and colour changed.than add mustard seeds masala paste and fry it.
  4. Now when it's fried remoove their oil off the flame and keep it to little cool.now fill the mixture into boiled Biter gourd.in the mean while heat oil into pan on medium flame.
  5. Now shallow fry all the stuffed bitter gourd to both side.Take it out from pan and serve it with lunch or dinner.
