  3. Add fruit salt in dhokla better; mix nicely & pour in to grease dhokla mould; sprinkle little red chilli powder over it. Steam for 20 minutes. Remove from mould & put tadka
  4. Garnish & cut into the desired shape. Serve with mint chutney or choice of your chutney/sauce
  5. If you want more sponge & watery then u can put little lemon juice + 1/2 tsp sugar + 1/4 cup water in tadka & put on dhokla - If you are eating for health purpose no need to add tadka with water
