  3. Prepare 1/2 cup roasted peanut powder
  4. Make ready 4-5 finely chopped green chilli
  5. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp sugar
  7. Get 2 tbs lemon juice
  8. Take 1 tsp rock salt
  9. Take As required Oil for frying

All the ingredients are mixed together. Sabudana Vada is a crispy delicious snack made by deep frying spiced sabudana and potato cutlets. This is traditionally a Maharashtrian recipe, but is now widely enjoyed across other parts of the. Steps to make Sabudana Vada:
  1. Soak the sabudana for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Peel the boiled potatoes and smash well.
  3. Mix soaked sabudana, smashed potatoes and roasted groundnut powder in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add finely chopped green chilli, lemon juice, sugar,salt and cumin seeds. Mix well.
  5. Now take small portion (medium size ball)of the mixture and make the flat round vada.
  6. Heat the oil in a kadhai or pan on medium flame.
  7. Fry the vada in the hot oil till golden brown from both sides.
  8. Serve hot with curd or chutney.
