- Soak sabudana overnight or atleast 6 hours in 2 & 1/2 cups of water.

- Now take a bowl put sabudana salt + green chillies + cumin seeds + coriander leaves + curry leaves + peanuts and mix well.
- Then put potato and mix and mash it very lightly and carefully.donot over mash it.
- Take mixture and make balls of it and lightly flatten into your plams and make and give shape of vada.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.In hot oil put vada's and fry when it turns golden brown from one side then flip them and fry from other side.
- Serve sabudana vada with green chutney.
