  3. Keep vegitables aside. Use pan to cook moong dal batter. Once pan is hot put drop of cold water and spread a batter and as a thin layer. After 1 min apply peanut oil from side and top.   4. Fold the wrap and give a shape using knife. Serve with green coriander leaves chutney or tomato sauce.
