  1. Peel and mash the potato in bowl.
  2. Add sabudana (soaked atleast 4_5hrs).
  3. Add all the ingredients mix well.
  4. Divide the mix in equal part and shape it like vada or tikki.
  5. Fry it in oil in wok or Shallow fry it in pan.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
