  3. Add Cashew paste and give it a nice stir. Cook in a medium low flame.
  4. Now add Matar,stir well and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. To the matar add soaked rice, stir them and cook for one minute.
  6. Now add water,lemon juice, garam masala, required salt. Give everything a good stir and pressure cook for one whistle.
  7. Garnish with some Coriander and mint leaves. Done!!!
