  12. Take 1 tsp Dry Mango powder or Amchur

All the ingredients are mixed together. Sabudana Vada is a crispy delicious snack made by deep frying spiced sabudana and potato cutlets. This is traditionally a Maharashtrian recipe, but is now widely enjoyed across other parts of the. Instructions to make Sabudana Vadas:
  1. Soak Sabudana overnight. Boil Potatoes before you proceed to make the Vadas. They should be firm yet soft. Mash them well and keep aside.
  2. Roast Peanuts and powder them coarsely in a dry jar grinder attachment. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients listed. There is no need of any water at all. Shape them into circular or oblong or both. Flatten them a bit with your palm if making round tikkis or patties. If making oblong or cylindrical, shape them accordingly. Deep fry them on medium to high flame in hot oil.
  3. They get done very easily and does not take much time either. Serve them hot with green coconut chutney like me.
