- Keep a deep pan on a stove,add oil and ghee. Once heated, add cardamom, cinnamon,bay leaves, kaju and stir for few seconds. Now add peas, chopped carrot (boiled) and stir for 1 minute in low flame. Now add the steam rice. Add salt and sugar. Mix the rice with all the ingredients in low flame for 1-2 minutes. Switch of the flame. Peas pulao this ready to serve. Serve is with any veg/non-veg curry you like. π
