Instructions to make Peas pulao:
  1. Boil the rice. While boiling put one cardamom in the water to give very nice aroma to the steam rice. Once rice is cooked (not over cooked), drain out the water and keep aside.
  2. Keep a deep pan on a stove,add oil and ghee. Once heated, add cardamom, cinnamon,bay leaves, kaju and stir for few seconds. Now add peas, chopped carrot (boiled) and stir for 1 minute in low flame. Now add the steam rice. Add salt and sugar. Mix the rice with all the ingredients in low flame for 1-2 minutes. Switch of the flame. Peas pulao this ready to serve. Serve is with any veg/non-veg curry you like. 😊
