  4. Now take a bowl and mix the sabudana, potato mash and groundnut. Add chilli, jeera, salt and coriander leaves. Mix it well
  5. Make small balls out of the mixture. Using hands, press the balls and flatten them to make shape of vada.
  6. Heat oil in the pan and deep fry these vadas till they become golden. Make sure flame is medium/low
  7. Hot sabudanas vadas are ready to be served. Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
