Since the first time I made this Instant Oats Idli (steamed cakes) I have been making it regularly at home, so much so, that the word instant idli almost became synonymous with oats idli in my home. But here, I have just used oats and no other flour along with it.

- Preheated the oven at 180 c for 15min and line the baking tray with patchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients (all the flours and powders) and wet ingredients separately (all in liquid state)

The recipe I have followed is my own recipe ofragi muffins which I posted a couple of months back. The result was very delicious brownie and we all including the kids loved it. It made a lovely and a healthy evening snack for us. Includes flour, demerera sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, pumpkin seeds, salt, bananas, chunky peanut butter, vanilla extract, oil, water. Ragi and Oatmeal flour are whisked together and spiced up with green chillies, coriander leaves and cumin seeds.
