- In a pan take 1cup of water, add salt haldi powder the mixture mustard paste 2-3tbs when water boils add cut vegetables
- When the water dries out and vegetables are cooked add 2-3 tsp oil to it add fry it in a medium heat, when all the radish and potatoes fries with little dark colours switch off the flame.
The baby potatoes are cooked, peeled, marinated in spices and then roasted evenly. This is a great accompaniment to rice and roti. It goes well with sambar sadam, rasam rice, curd rice and chapati. It is very simple to make. Method: Cook baby potatoes in salted water till it is cooked, drain and peel off the skin.
