I made the Mandazis on this recipe. I happened to have all the ingredients. Added a few more things to make it a chocolate stuffed mandazi! Added coffee powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon.

Instructions to make Crispy Mandazi:
  1. Mix the dry ingredients except sugar.
  2. Cut in butter and add sugar
  3. Beat together egg milk and water and add to dry mixture
  4. Knead dough till soft
  5. Roll out and cut into any shape of your choice
  6. Deep fry in oil until golden brown on all sides
  7. Drain and serve.
