Pour the sunflower or vegetable oil into a heavy bottomed saucepan. Check it's no more than a third full as it will rise when. - Add the bell pepper and stir.
- Add the liquid from the boiled chicken and stir. Let the liquid reduce to only cover the bottom.
- Add the tomato sauce and stir.
- Now add the french fries/fried potato wedges and give it a quick stir.
- Note: The bell peppers are added at the end so cooking time is less and will maintain crunch. The fries should not be stirred too much as it may get soggy.
