- Cook on low flame till become transculant.
- Now add ginger garlic paste,saute till raw flavour goes off.add tomatoes with spices.
- Add chopped green chillies,mix well & add salt.
- Now add little water & mix well again.
- Cover the pan & cook for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile peeled the potatoes & wash them.cut in small pieces.
- Now add these raw potatoes to cooked gravy with salt.Mix well & saute it again.
- Add grated green gourd, salt,mix & saute it again.
- Add little bit of water,mix again.Cover & cook again for 10 minutes.
- Open the lid & add kasuri methi,tamarind water garam masala & coriander leaves.Simmer for 2 minutes
- Serve hot with chapati.
