  3. Strain in a clean basket and set aside.
  4. Heat the oil, add the grated pepper and onions. Stir- fry.
  5. Add a little water.. Add seasonings/ black pepper
  6. Add crayfish.. stiring continiously…
  7. Add the spinach & moringa leaves. Stir for about 5mins
  8. Add sliced onions and allow to cook a little bit.. Until wel cooked and soft.
  9. Done.. Serve wit white rice and boiled eggs.
