- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard,cumin and fennel seeds.Add onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli,curry leaves and potatoes.
- Cook until onion become soft.Add turmeric,red chilli,coriander,salt,asafoetida and sabji masala. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add kunduru(wash and cut in small size), cover and cook for 10 minutes until kunduru become soft.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy.
