- Soak dal for 3 hours with fenugreek seeds take rice powder with soaked poha grind gradually with the help of water.grind dal very smooth paste and leave for overnight to ferment or 7-8 hours
- Now take batter and mix well with laddle. Take out batter in a bowl add little salt and eno powder.heat nonstick tawa little grease tawa and spread one laddle full to make thick set dosa.with same batter make thick dosa spread onion chopped and sprinkle iddli powder and sprinkle little oil on it and roast both sides. It is called bombay dosa
- Iddli powder u can use gun powder that is very famous in bombay. Next I made thin dosa when little dries up spread omelette mixture and after a minute flip the side and cook for a minute.next I made thin crispy dosa.
- Make upma dosa make upma little loose and spread on dosa and sprinkle iddli powder and fold it.
- Lastly I made masala dosa stuffed with potatoes masala and fold it is serve with tomato chutney,pudina chutney and coconut chutney. My family love all type of dosas at breakfast or dinner u can serve with sambar also.
