- Firstly boiled pasta in a pan and some salt and 1 spoon ghee
- Now heat the pan add 2 spoon oil and add chopped onion, capsicum, crushed garlic cloves
- When onion gets brown add chilli powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala and 400g mashed tomatoes heat down and cover the pan for 10 minutes
- When pasta get soft add pasta and mix it properly
- Sprinkle origano and serve hot pasta
