- When it's cook drain water after rinsing cold water and keep aside.
- Soak lentil in water 3 to 4 hrs.
- Then boil in clean waterand add red cilli pwder and salt.
- When it soft but not mashy take out in a bowl after drying all the water.
- Soak rice in water.fry one slice onion with cumin seed.cloves cimamon stick and black pepper
- When it's turned brown add rice and sautay then add salt and cook with desire water according to ur rice till done.
- Boil tomatoes in water.
- Remove skin and add them in blender along with that add garlic cloves and green chillies and blend it..
- In other pan heated oil fry one chopped onion golden brown
- Add red chilli and salt and blended tomatoes and bhunify it.
- Cook till oil seperated but after that add water to make desire consistancy.
- In heated oil fry one sliced onion till golden brown
- Take out in a bowl
- In the same fry pan fry some garlic golden brown
- In a serving dish take out rice spread evnely.
- Then spread boiled lentills over them
- Then spread one layer of pasta
- Then pour tomato sauce
- And sprinkle fried onion and fried garlic serve hot and enjoy
