  3. Brush with oil again and make balls from the dough.
  4. Start rolling oval shape with the rolling pin and not too thick and not too thin.
  5. Add a little coriander leaves, garlic and kalonji and roll gently one more time. Brush water on the reverse side
  6. Have the Tawa on high flame and real hot. Place the water side of the Naan on the Tawa and within 2-3 seconds the bubbles would be visible.
  7. Tilt the tawa a little and have the Naan on the flame directly to make the Naan.
  8. Set aside and complete the batch.
  9. Brush with oil and add a dollop of butter and plate.
