Steps to make Whole Wheat Garlic Naan:
- In a bowl add Whole Wheat flour, yogurt, baking powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and salt and mix well

- Brush with oil again and make balls from the dough.
- Start rolling oval shape with the rolling pin and not too thick and not too thin.
- Add a little coriander leaves, garlic and kalonji and roll gently one more time. Brush water on the reverse side
- Have the Tawa on high flame and real hot. Place the water side of the Naan on the Tawa and within 2-3 seconds the bubbles would be visible.
- Tilt the tawa a little and have the Naan on the flame directly to make the Naan.
- Set aside and complete the batch.
- Brush with oil and add a dollop of butter and plate.
