- Brush one of the sides of the naan with water and place the side with water applied on naan touches the properly heated tawa.
- After sometime flip the tawa towards the gas so that the naan gets cooked from the upper side.
- Using a steel spatula remove the naan from the tawa and check if the side below is also cooked or not! If not let it cook for a while. Now apply butter/ghee to the naan and serve it with your favourite sabji.
