- Get 1/2 cup Curd
- Get 1/2 tsp Garlic paste

- Wash the chicken and marinate it with curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt.
- Mix it properly together and keep it aside.
- Heat up oil in a pan add cinnamon stick, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell goes.
- Now add chopped onions and fry till it's nice brown.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Saute for few minutes and then add tomatoes chopped. Saute till it's soft.
- Add water and take half of the masala and keep it aside. To the remaining masala add the chicken mix and cover and cook till it's done.
- Take another pan add oil, then add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic chopped, kasuri methi. Saute and then add diced onion and tomatoes. Saute for few minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds. Mix it properly. Add the remaining half masala and cashew paste. Saute this 3-4 minutes
- Add salt, water mix and then add garam masala, kasuri methi. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes and then add fresh cream and serve.
