- Roast kalonji,saunf,mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds in the pan and roast till aroma comes.put the ingredients in the grinder and grind it.Slit 7-8 and deseed them.
- Take out juice from the lemon and take 3 tbsp grinded powder in the bowl and mix it with lemon.put the masala in the green chillies and place aside.
- Heat oil,add onion till golden brown.Add tomatoes cubes till soften.Add meat and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add yoghurt, remaining masala,ginger and garlic paste and 2 cups of water and cook until meat becomes tender and desired gravy is obtained.Place green chillies on top.
