With Help of knife, check to make sure the naan is fully cooked. Take your naan out, apply some butter. Serve hot with any main course dish. They will turn out really soft.
Steps to make Butter Naan:
- Take all the ingredient in a bowl,leaving butter,oil,nigella seeds and coriander leaves.Make a soft dough.Apply oil on dough, cover and keep in a warm place for 2-3hours.
- Divide the dough into 4-5equall portions.Roll one portion,apply coriander leaves and some nigell seeds over it.Roll at a thickness of about 1/2cm.
- Apply some water on the upoer side of naan and put on a heated tawa,keeping wet side on tawa surface.
- Cook for 1 minute on medium flame,turn tawa on open flame,keeping flame on high.Cook for 1 minute.
- Take out naan from tawa,keep the another side on open flame.Cook for 30-40seconds on low-medium flame.
- Now nasn is ready.Apply some butter on it.Prepare other naans in the same way.
- Serve hot with curry.
