- In kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp oil on low flame. Add beans and carrots and cook for a minute. Add cabbage, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and dhania jeera powder. Mix all well and cook for a minute. Switch off the flame and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Then add smashed boiled potatoes, boiled green peas, boiled sweet corn and green coriander leaves. Mix all well. Take small portion of mixture and give any shape of your choice. Make fritters from all the mixture and keep aside.
- Make slurry by adding corn flour and water. Make sure no lumps are there. Slurry should be thin, smooth flowing consistency.
- Dip fritters in slurry and then coat with bread crumbs. Again dip in slurry and coat with bread crumbs. Repeat process for all the fritters. Deep fry all the fritters.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy!
