- After that add ue boiled chhole.. keep it mixing.. also mash a little bit..
- Give it a good boil and cook it for about 5 to 7 min more..
- Now ur chhole is ready to eat..
- For bhature.. u can mix maida, baking soda, salt, dahi, oil and kneed a soft dough with luke warm water..
- Keep it for about 7 to 8 hours in a warm place to get fermented..
- Take a ball out of it and roll into a poori shape and fry it in a hot oil…
- Enjoy ur bhature with hot chhole and some aam ka achhar..
