  4. For tadka take pan and heat the oil and add zeera,chopped onion, tomatoes,ginger,red chilli powder saute until masala come are light brown colour. Add the garam masala on it.
  5. Mix into saag and saag is ready.
  6. Take grated radish and makki atta in a big bowl.
  7. Knead the makki atta until it becomes a ball,add atta to dry it and knead.
  8. Heat the tava and add a little ghee so that it does not stick.
  9. Make round shaped of makki roti on chakla and carefully transfer to the tava
  10. Cook with ghee till golden brown.
  11. Serve with hot sarso da saag, fresh chaajh and salad.

Flip the side and let it cook from beneath as well till it gets golden brown spots.
