- In a pot add meat, sliced onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, tomatoes, salt and water. Cook until meat becomes tender.
- Add all other spices except garam masala and dry out the water.
- When water gets dry, add oil and cook until oil begins to separate.
- Cut the bitter gourd into slices and mix with salt in a good way. Keep them for good 3 -4 hours.
- Wash bitter gourd thoroughly, make them dry and fry them in oil for about 10 minutes.
- Strain well and pour them into meat masala, mix well. Sprinkle garam masala on it.
- Keep on dum for 10 minutes and your dish is ready.
- Dish it out, garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve with chapati.
