  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  10. Take As needed Water

I make this variation of cheela at times with oats flour. Sprouts & Oats Dosa by Chef Sanjyot Keer. No Onion No Garlic Bhindi Masala. No Onion No Garlic Pav Bhaji.

Steps to make Oats Sprout Pudla:
  1. Make a paste of Sprouts, Oats, Ginger and Garlic in a smooth paste. Powdered spices, salt and water as required.
  2. In a pan, flatten the batter in a circular motion. Turn over once it gets golden brown from one side. Serve with Chutney/Sauce. Enjoy Meal!

Besan pudla or cheela along with sweet wheat ones was a meal occasionally for our huge family when I was growing up.
