After half frying, u will notice the vaati is comming out, now turn the tokri upside down and fry it completely on a low flame.
  4. Now place all the tokris in a plate and put the aaloo chaat inside it and garnish it with little more, green chutney, tamarind chutney, curd and sevai and ur tokris r ready to serve. You can make the tokris in various designs, if you can..
