  10. Put whole garam masalas like green cardamom, black cardamom, Cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds, cloves and bay leaves.
  11. Add garlic paste and ginger paste.
  12. Cook on high flame for a minute.
  13. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and Meat masala.
  14. Add tomato paste mixture and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
  15. Add grounded fried onions, salt and Mutton pieces.
  16. Cook on high flame till oil starts separate.
  17. Add some water and cook till mutton pieces will tender.
  18. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha/naan.
