  6. Keep it on a low heat with a lid on it
  7. Keep stirring so that it will not burn
  8. Finally when the mutton starts to leave oil add warm water and cover it for 20 -30 mnts
  9. Finally heat ghee in a tadka pan add garam masala powder and pour it into the mutton curry
  10. Remove the curry from heat and serve hot
