- Now heat the tava and with the help of a laddle put one laddle of the moong dal batter on it and spread it the way we spread the dosa batter.
- Take a spoon of oil and spread it over the sides of the dosa.
- Now turn it to the other side for jst 10-15 seconds.
- Now add the vegies mixture over it.
- You can plate it as it is or u can also roll it and serve it on a plate.
- Serve it with chutneys.
