- Take Dip salad onions in salted water, drainout water b4 making salad
- Prepare Peel off the arvis skin
- Take Never touch arvis skin with ur skin. It itches ur skin

- Take a oil in an a pot. Now add onion slices and fry it till onion colour turn into golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and meat. Bhonofy it.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Bhonofy it for a minute.
- After that, add yogurt and bhonofy it in a medium flame till oil comes out.
- Add water and cover the lid. Cook it in a medium flame. Check water continuously. Add water if needed.
- When meat is half done, add arvis. Cook till arvis becomes tender. Now add green chillies, garam masala and cook it in a low flame till oil comes out.
- Dish out and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it lemons and onions salad.
