- Take out the dough & divide it in to half.Make a ball out of 1/2 dough & put it on the butter paper.Give it a thick chapati shape.
- Take a round shape cutter.Dip it in leftover cornflour & make rounds in the dough.
- Take out the excess potatoes from all sides. With the help of straw,make eyes but first,dip it in cornflour. With the help of spoon,make smile.
- Do the same process with leftover potatoes. Heat oil & deep fry them.
- Garnish with chat masala & serve hot with tomato ketchup.
