- Add Semolina to a pan along with full fat milk and cook on a low to medium high heat until soft and thick. Remove it onto a serving dish and leave it on the counter to cool down.
- Slice Pistachios and spread half of it onto the Semolina and milk mix in the serving dish. Reserve the other half of it for the final garnishing. Meanwhile, make a sugar syrup of little sticky consistency. There is no need of any string consistency here. Keep it aside. Don't forget to add in some Rosewater to it.
- Whipping cream can be made at home or can be store bought. Spread a thick layer of freshly whipped cream on top. Garnish with Pistachio slivers and serve it chilled with a generous amount of sugar syrup being drizzled on top. Enjoy!
