Steps to make Yummy Maal Pua:
- Mix the wheat flour and semolina together in a big Bowl and add milk in it slowly stir slowly and add fresh cream or fresh malai on it and make perfect consistent batter now keep aside
- Now take a pan and add one cup sugar and water in it and put on high flame and stir well now our sugar syrup ready keep aside
- Next step take a pan on high flame it should be when oil hot we sim the flame and then shame round pua on pan and in sim flame we make it golden color crispy pua now we dip these pua on sugar syrup then serve hot.
Do not fry the Malpua in very hot ghee otherwise, they will be raw from inside. Try to use a shallow non-stick pan to fry the Malpua. A good malpua is crispy on the edges and soft in the center. The sugar syrup should be hot when we soak the malpua in it. You can add a mashed banana in the batter.
