- Take 20 Shrimp peeled and devveined
- Make ready 12 oz Mussels, scrubbed and debearded
- Prepare 12 baby clams
- Take 6 oz scallops, rinsed
- Take 2 oz white wine
- Get 1 oz shallots diced
- Prepare 1 tostadas or tortilla chips
