- Add the grounded okra and mix, add seasoning and allow it to simmer for about 10mins
- Transfer it into a clean bowl and serve with tuwo of choice
Growing up, I ate plenty types of Okra soup. We had an Okra tree and each time it would bear it's fruit, my mother would harvest and chop them up into little pieces and add them to some soup. Fresh okra coated in flour and fried until golden brown. So simple and delicious, you won't be able But nothing beats straight up fried okra.
