How to make Murg Malai -. Chicken marinated with egg, cheese and spices and roasted over tandoor. Murg Malai kebabs mean Creamy Chicken Skewers. Murg is chicken, malai is cream and kebabs refers to the skewers.
Instructions to make Murg malai roll:
- Cut chicken into medium pieces add cream cheese,salt,grated cheese,green chillies,hung curd,gingergarlic paste,white pepper, black pepper and coriander leaves mix all well and marinate for atleast 2 hours..
- Now take a vessel add very little oil add red bell pepper and onions to it..saute for a min add marinated chicken to it and cook till it soak the water and chicken is cooked completly
- Now take eggs add red chilli powder and salt to it…take a pan add few drops of oil keep chapati into it..add this 2 tsp of egg on it and turn back side..let the egg be cooked
- Once the egg us cooked..remove the chapati add the cooked chckn and some onion to it (chop onion add lemon juice and mix it) roll it in butter paper and serve with tomatoes and lemon..enjoy❣
