  4. Beat magerine,mpishi poa and sugar mix peel and orange oil at this stage,beat until light and fluffy with a hand mixer,add eggs one by one scrapping well between additions;add sifted flour in 3 parts while alternating with Orange juice. Always start and end with flour.
  5. Scrap the sides and the bottom of the bowl between additions,pour batter into the baking tins,sprinkle some njugu on top of the batter, bake for 45 minutes, cool after baking for 10 min before frosting or enjoy it naked

When frosting this cake, first seal in the crumbs by spreading a thin layer of orange cream around the side of the cake. Then frost the top and go back over the side for complete coverage.
