- Remove from the pan and place on the bottom slice of toast
- Add the prawns to the skillet and remove from the heat. Sit the middle slice of bread on top of the cheese steak
- Turn the prawns. When they're warmed through, remove from the skillet and add to the lettuce and tomatoes
- Add the lid and serve
