- Make ready Groundnut oil or Ghee for shallow fry

- Wash Sabudana 2-3 times and Soak by adding just enough water(to cover them) for atleast 4-5 hours(i prefer to soak it overnight).
- Boil 2 Raw Bananas(cut into half and with skin on) in a pressure cooker to 3 whistles. Dry roast a handful of peanuts and grind it coarsely. Keep aside.
- Peel boiled bananas and mash it. Add soaked sabudana, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, coarsely grinded peanuts, Cumin seeds & salt and combine them to form a dough like we make for vada or pakode.
- Apply some ghee or oil and make cutlets of any shape. Heat oil or ghee in a pan (i used Groundnut oil). Cook them evenly on both the sides till crisp and golden brown. Serve it with yogurt or chutney of choice.
