- If your cooking in pressure cooker, cover and cook for 12 whistles. Once the pressure goes off, open the lid switch on the flame and dry out excess water.
- You can make it dry or gravy according to your wish. If needed you can add 2 Tbsp grated coconut atlast. It's optional.
- Now it's ready to serve. Serve with hot rice, rasam rice, curd rice, bisebelabath/sambar rice and dal rice/arisim paruppu sadam.
