- Prepare 1/2 Cup Freshly Chopped Onions
- Make ready 5-6 Green Chillies (Fried)
- Take 4-5 Freshly Chopped: Green Chillies
- Take 7-8 Garlic Cloves (Fried)
- Take 1 Potato (Large): Cut into the Roundels
They must be just cooked al dente and not turn mushy. I usually cube them and steam in a cooker just to. Aloo paratha recipe is paratha stuffed with aloo mixture. The aloo or mixture can be made as per your taste and flavor.

- Take a sufficiently deep & large plate/bowl- Take 1 Serving Spoon of the Mashed Potato
- Add in it: 1 tbsp of Mustard Oil, Salt Fried Onions Red Chilli Garlic & Coriander Leaves & mix everything well, together & form a ball-shaped “Aloo-Bharta” #1: Birista Aloo Bharta
- Second is: Dim-Aloo Bharta- Take a bowl, add in it the mashed potato : salt, mustard oil, fried onions & Red Chillies fried garlic & mix everything until well blended
- Now, add in the Grated Eggs & finally mix well, everything again & form a ball-shaped & our Dim Aloo Bharta is ready
- For the Achari Aloo Bharta: Take a bowl & add in it a serving spoon of Mashed Potato freshly chopped onions fried red chillies pieces & mango achar/pickle- 1 tbsp
- Mix everything well together to form a ball-shaped: Achari Aloo Bharta
- The Original One’s quite popularly known as the Aloo Chokha: In a bowl: take a big spoonful of mashed potato salt, fried red chilli garlic & coriander leaves, chopped green chillies & bhuna cumin & coriander seeds powder
- Mix everything well together to form the ball-shaped, Aloo Chokha
- For the Aloo Morich: Take a frying pan add into it 1 tbsp of ghee & then pour in the boiled & diced potatoes & sauté gently, add to it the freshly ground black peppercorns & stir fry for about 2 mins time & then, dish out on a serving plate
- Shallow Fry the Potato Roundels with a pinch of turmeric & red chilli powder & sal to taste & dish out on a serving plate
