- Above all ingredients mix well & cook till it become soft dough for stuffing.
- Now make soft dough through all purpose flour with water.
- Keep aside dough for 10 minutes.
- Take small ball in ur hand flatten it just like kachori or paratha for stuffing.
- Add puran stuff & make circle shape just like chappati.
- Use ghee for both sides in cooking in low flame.
- It takes more ghee but puran poli is a dish which gives you more taste if ghee is sufficient.
- Serve hot with ghee.
Once cooked, apply ghee all over the surface and remove from heat. Now puran poli is ready to be served. You can fold it and store it in a container, if not having it immediately.
